Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to start any web design project.
Project Completion: Once the project has been completed and the website is delivered to you, we do not offer refunds, as our service is based on the time and effort invested.
Changes to Scope: If you wish to make significant changes to the project after the work has begun, additional charges may apply.

SEO Services

Performance-based: We do not offer refunds for SEO services. SEO is a long-term strategy, and results may take time to show. If you are unsatisfied with the initial progress, we will work with you to make adjustments to the strategy.
Termination of Service: If you decide to cancel your SEO package, you must notify us in writing. We will provide a prorated refund for the remaining months of service.

Digital Marketing & Other Services

Ad Campaigns: For PPC advertising and social media marketing services, refunds are not available once an ad campaign has been launched, as payments to advertising platforms are non-refundable.
Consultations: If you cancel a scheduled consultation with at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours.
